How Often Do I Need To Train?

Don’t stress about figuring it out alone—your coach will work with you to create the best plan for your goals and schedule. This is one of the reasons for our initial call. However, we recommend a minimum of 3 sessions per week to see great results. If you want to train more, your membership allows you to train 6 days per week.

Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all! If you can walk through the door, you can do this program. We customize everything to your level, whether you’re brand new to training or already a regular. You don’t need to be fit to start—you just need to start!

What’s included in my challenge membership?

You get everything you need to succeed: structured training sessions to get you stronger and fitter, simple and practical nutrition guidance (no crazy fad diets), accountability to keep you on track, a supportive community to keep you motivated, and coaching from experts who actually care about your progress. We’ve got you covered from start to finish

After the 12 weeks, you’ll have everything you need to go and kick arse on your own—that’s the whole point.
